4月11日晚,一场别开生面的“大盆菜”宴席在西乡北帝古庙举行,村民们干劲十足,张罗出一桌桌好饭,一盆盆丰盛的菜肴被端上餐桌,虾、鸡、鱼、海鲜应有尽有。
On the evening of April 11th, a unique "Da Pen Cai" banquet was held at the Xi Xiang Bei Di Ancient Temple. The hospitable villagers prepared a table of delicious meals.A variety of dishes were served, including shrimp, chicken, fish, and various other seafood.
大盆菜端上来,山珍海味应有尽有。
大盆菜是一种杂烩菜式,属于粤菜系客家菜,是深圳本土具有代表性的客家饮食文化的一部分。
Da Pen Cai, a traditional mixed dish, is a part of the Hakka cuisine within the Cantonese culinary tradition. It represents the local Hakka culinary culture in Shenzhen.
奥马尔,来自厄多瓜尔,目前在深圳大学上学。他和朋友一起来参加这次西乡北帝古庙的盛事。“第一次参加庙会,是一种很新奇的体验,我很喜欢这里热闹的氛围。”奥马尔说,“这几天还看到了舞狮,我觉得这也是很特别的一种舞蹈,我在我的国家从未见过。”
Omar, a student from Ecuador,who is currently studying at Shenzhen University,attended this grand event at the Xi Xiang Bei Di Ancient Temple with his friends. "It's my first time attending a temple fair, and it's a very novel experience. I really enjoy the lively atmosphere here," Omar said, "I've also seen lion dances in the past few days, which I think is a very unique form of dance. I have never seen lion dance in my country."
