深圳又名“鹏城”，来源即是大鹏所城。大鹏所城全称“大鹏守御千户所城”，位于广东省深圳市大鹏区，是明清两代中国海防的军事要塞，有“沿海所城，大鹏为最”之称。

Shenzhen is also known as"Pengcheng", the origin of which is Dapeng Fortress. Located in Dapeng New District,Dapeng Fortress was a military stronghold of China's coastal defense in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

拥有600多年历史的大鹏所城，至今依然保存完整。据记载，大鹏所城建于明洪武二十七年（1394年），所城平面呈近梯形布局，占地约10万平方米，城墙高6米、长1200米。全城分东、西、南、北四个城门，每个城门上建有一座敌楼，两边各设两个警铺。

自明初建城以来，大鹏所城出过十几个将军，一直担负着深港地区的海防安全，是明清时期反抗外侮、捍卫主权的主要海防堡垒之一。

With a history of more than600 years, Dapeng Fortress is still well-preserved. According to the records, Dapeng Fortress was built in the Ming Dynasty (1394). The fortress covers an area of about100,000 square meters with gates in four direction: east, west, north and south.

Since its construction, Dapeng Fortress has been one of the main coastal defense forts against foreign invasion in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. More than a dozen generals from here were responsible for the security of the sea defense of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

要想从十字街的热闹中抽身，就去不知名的小巷子吧。大鹏所城东门不远处，抗日英雄刘黑仔的故居是此行拍摄的惊喜。刘黑仔原名刘锦进，大鹏是他的故乡。“一二·九”运动爆发后，他积极投身抗日救亡洪流，率领广东抗日游击队港九大队短枪队沉痛地打击了日军的嚣张气焰。

To take a break from the hustle and bustle of Shizi Street, you should go to those unknown alleys. Not far from the east gate of Dapeng Fortress, there is the former residence of anti-Japanese hero Liu Hei zai. Liu Heizai was originally named Liu Jinjin, and Dapeng is his hometown. After the outbreak of the"December9th" movement, he actively led the one of the short-gun teams in the Dongjiang Column of the Guangdong People's Anti-Japanese Guerilla to combat the Japanese.

刘黑仔故居是栋仅有三层的小楼，如今被改造为刘黑仔纪念馆。馆内大量使用黑白漫画元素，用活泼的笔触再现英雄当年的生活场景，壁画、投影、小人书、白话快板视频，将刘黑仔的英雄事迹变成老少咸宜、口耳相传的片段。

The former residence of Liu Hei Zai is a small building with only three floors, which is now transformed into the Liu Hei Zai Memorial Hall. The hall recreate the hero's life scenes using a lot of black-and-white cartoon elements, including lively murals, vintage books and Cantonese videos.

大鹏所城还有一项可以吃的“非遗”值得你去体验。“大鹏打米饼”是区级非遗项目，由非遗传承人沿袭古老的制作工艺捶打而成：大米用开水浸泡，再用石磨磨，加入糖水、芝麻、花生等原料混合而成的米粉被锤入模具中，以柴火烤20分钟，香气四溢的米饼就好了。

In Dapeng Fortress, an edible"Intangible Cultural Heritage" is worth experiencing."Dapeng Mibing" is a district-level Intangible Cultural Heritage Project which make the traditional cake Mibing using the ancient production process: Soak rice in boiling water, and then grind it in stone mill. Mix sugar, sesame, peanuts and other ingredients into the rice. Hammered them into the mold and baked in firewood for20 minutes.
