深圳：在粤外籍人士可接种新冠疫苗！

Shenzhen： Foreign Nationals in Guangdong are able to get COVID－19 vaccine！

根据“知情、自愿、自费、风险自担”原则，深圳市启动在粤外籍人士适龄人群接种国产新冠病毒疫苗工作。

In accordance with the principles of＂informed consent， voluntariness， self－paying， and own risk－bearing＂， Shenzhen is set to administer domestically－produced COVID－19 vaccines to foreign nationals in Guangdong subject to local age eligibility restrictions．

一、接种时间Vaccination time：

自2021年4月13日起。

Since Starting from April13，2021．

二、接种对象Recipients：

在广东省内年龄18周岁至59周岁，以及部分60周岁以上因特殊原因需接种、且身体基础状况较好的外籍人士可自愿接种。

Foreign nationals who are aged18 to59， some aged over60 who need to be vaccinated for special reasons， and who have good physical conditions are able to get vaccinated voluntarily．

三、接种费用Vaccination fee：

已参加广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，享受与其他参保中国公民同等待遇，免费接种。

未参加广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，自费接种疫苗，费用为100元／剂次。

Foreign nationals who have bought social insurance （including medical insurance） in Guangdong enjoy the same policy as the insured Chinese citizens， Vaccination for free．

Those who do not buy social insurance （including medical insurance） in Guangdong have to take the COVID－19 vaccine at their own expense， which is100 RMB per dose．

四、预约方式Appointment method：

申请人员进入“粤健通”微信服务平台的外籍人士新冠疫苗接种服务页面进行信息填报、预约。预约成功后可在指定时间、地点接种。

Foreign nationals are able to book an appointment on ＂粤健通＂ Mini Program： go to the＂Guangdong Covid－19 Service for Foreigners＂ section on the program， fill in personal information and book an appointment． Once booked successfully， the applicants can get vaccinated at the appointment time and site．

五、疫苗种类Type of vaccine：

深圳目前使用的是国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗，全程需接种两剂。

COVID－19 vaccines currently used in Shenzhen are inactivated vaccines domestically produced． Two doses will be given．

六、所需证件Required identity documents：

接种时需携带中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件、医保参保凭证。已参加广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，现场需出示有效医保参保凭证。

To get vaccinated， applicants need to present their Permanent Residence ID Card or their passport and a residence permit in the People＇s Republic of China， as well as a medical insurance proof． Foreign nationals who have bought social insurance （including medical insurance） in Guangdong must present a valid medical insurance proof on site．

七、接种流程Vaccination process：

在指定接种点接种前，请配合接种点工作人员完成规定程序，主动告知个人健康状况，配合医护人员询问，签署知情同意书和免责承诺书，由专业人员判定是否符合接种条件，接种后留观30分钟。

Prior to the administration at the designated vaccination site， recipients have to cooperate with the staff of the vaccination site to complete the prescribed procedures， honestly disclose their personal health status， truthfully answer the medical staff＇s questions， and sign the Informed Consent and Disclaimer Statement． Medical professionals will determine whether they are eligible for vaccination． After vaccination， recipients should stay at the vaccination site for observation for30 minutes．

接种期间，请按照当地疫情防控措施，做好个人卫生防护。14天内请密切关注自身身体情况，如有不适，请及时就医。

During the vaccination period， please take personal protections according to the local epidemic prevention and control measures． After vaccination， please pay close attention to your physical condition within14 days． If you feel any discomfort， please seek medical treatment in time．
